The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for the advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems within a plastics manufacturing environment. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, quality, and safety by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing utility assets, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The technician also mentors entry-level team members and collaborates with production, engineering, and EHS departments to sustain a safe and efficient operation.
