Equipment Mechanic III

The City of Pasadena is seeking a skilled Equipment Mechanic III to provide maintenance and repair services for a fleet of approximately 1,250 fuel-powered vehicles and equipment within the Building Systems & Fleet Management Division. The role involves diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty gasoline, CNG, and diesel vehicles, as well as performing preventive maintenance and overhauling mechanical and electrical systems. This position requires strong diagnostic skills for computer-controlled engines and CNG systems, along with the ability to operate test equipment and perform welding tasks.
