Equipment Operator I-Street Sweeper Operator

The City of Staunton's Public Works Department is seeking an Equipment Operator I-Street Sweeper Operator to operate street sweeping equipment and related maintenance vehicles to clean city streets, parking lots, and other public spaces. The role involves daily care, inspection, and minor maintenance of assigned equipment, along with performing manual labor and support tasks within the Streets Division. The position may also require assisting with snow and ice removal operations and responding to after-hours calls during emergencies or inclement weather.
