Equipment Operator

Waste Connections is seeking an Equipment Operator for the Schenectady Transfer Station to manage the safe and efficient movement of solid waste. The role primarily involves operating an excavator and front-end loader to handle empty trailers and manage waste operations in a physically demanding environment. This position requires a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions during 10+ hour shifts.
