Equipment Operator

AFL is seeking an Equipment Operator for its Edmonton area operations. The role involves safely operating heavy construction equipment such as backhoes, track‑hoes, and skid steers on utility construction sites, performing pre‑shift inspections, maintenance, and documentation. The operator will work under varying weather conditions, travel to multiple sites, and collaborate with foremen and superintendents to ensure project success and compliance with safety and environmental policies.
