Equipment Operator

This role involves the safe operation of light, medium, and heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, and forklifts, to support the construction of synthetic turf fields. The position requires performing manual labor, conducting routine equipment maintenance, and assisting with installation tasks while adhering to strict safety procedures. The employee may also train less skilled staff and function as a lead worker on a limited basis.
