Equipment Operator

This role involves operating a variety of light- to medium-duty construction equipment to perform site preparation, material movement, and support standard and non-standard tasks for safe and efficient project completion. The position requires performing pre-operation checks, maintaining assigned equipment, and collaborating with crew members to coordinate equipment use and ensure safety protocols are followed. The role also includes adjusting operations based on site conditions and maintaining accurate daily logs of equipment usage and maintenance.
