Equipment Supply Chain Coordinator

This role supports the equipment supply chain by ensuring proper alignment of equipment to budget centers, sub-locations, and statuses according to client policies. The position involves managing product stock levels across distribution channels, reconciling inventory through daily delivery records, and placing replenishment orders to prevent shortages or excess. Additionally, the coordinator tracks shipments, resolves customer inquiries regarding delivery status, and coordinates with freight forwarders and warehouse representatives to ensure timely delivery.
