Equipment Yard Lead

The Equipment Yard Lead oversees the day-to-day operation, organization, and upkeep of the equipment yard while supporting fleet readiness through equipment operation, logistics, shipping and receiving, parts delivery, and maintenance support activities. This hands-on role requires an experienced equipment operator proficient in safely operating forklifts, loaders, skid steers, telehandlers, and other yard equipment. The position ensures equipment, parts, and materials are efficiently managed and readily available to support shop and field operations.
