About this role

The Equities Operations Analyst role supports the trading desk by managing the full trade lifecycle for ETF, cash equities, and options, ensuring accurate and efficient trade capture, confirmation, clearing, and settlement. The position involves resolving trade discrepancies, monitoring post-trade processes, and collaborating with traders, counterparties, and clearing firms to mitigate operational risk. The analyst will also identify opportunities to automate workflows and build tools to enhance daily trading operations.

Responsibilities

Own the full trade lifecycle for ETF and cash equities including trade capture and settlement
Compile and reconcile data from electronic and voice trades while resolving erroneous trades
Build tools and dashboards to enhance daily trading operations and streamline data flows
