Equity Middle Office

The Equity Middle Office role serves as the control hub between Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance, ensuring the accurate capture, processing, and lifecycle management of equity trading activity. The position supports trading desks, manages trade exceptions, oversees post-trade processes, and mitigates operational risk while driving process improvements across the equity business. Success in this role requires close collaboration with traders, sales teams, and external counterparties to ensure trades are accurately processed, settled, and reported in compliance with internal policies and market regulations.
