Equity Trader

This role supports multiple internal investment teams at BlackRock's Global Trading Group by executing equity orders and optimizing returns through various trade types. The trader is responsible for providing best execution across equity products, managing orders in a risk-controlled manner, and partnering with portfolio managers to minimize costs and generate alpha. The position also involves monitoring market activity, providing market color, and collaborating with engineering teams on systems development and automation.
