ER & IR Lead

Veolia is seeking an experienced Enterprise Relations and Industrial Relations (ER/IR) Specialist to shape and elevate the organization's ER/IR function. This pivotal role involves engaging with stakeholders, negotiating enterprise agreements, managing Fair Work claims, and advising on complex union matters and workplace investigations. The successful candidate will drive an evidence-based approach to industrial relations activities across all lines of business in Australia and New Zealand.
