ER Patient Access Representative

The ER Patient Access Representative is a key member of the Emergency Department responsible for efficient and orderly registration of inpatient and outpatient patients. The role involves obtaining proper patient identification, demographics, and financial information to ensure accurate patient registration. This position works under the direction of the Director of Patient Access to support the facility's patient admitting processes.
