About this role

The ERCOT Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to develop technical skills in a high-paced, professional work environment while solving real challenges facing the electric industry. Interns will work alongside ERCOT employees as part of a team, with leaders evaluating their capabilities and compatibility with the company's mission and values. This full-time summer internship runs from the start of June through the second week of August 2027.
