ERCOT
The ERCOT Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to develop technical skills in a professional work environment by working on projects that address real challenges in the electric industry. Interns collaborate with ERCOT employees and teams to gain experience while leaders evaluate their capabilities and alignment with the company's mission and values. This full-time summer program runs from early June through mid-August 2027.
ERCOT manages the flow of electric power to more than 26 million Texas customers and operates the state's electric grid and wholesale market.
