Ergonomist

The Ergonomist role serves as the principal subject matter expert in ergonomics, human factors, and safe design within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. This position leads strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at reducing occupational injury risks through the application of ergonomics, human factors, manual handling risk management, and workplace design principles. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to drive continuous improvement while managing competing priorities.
