About this role

As the first dedicated ERP Operations Manager at Elanco, you will own end-to-end ERP Application Managed Services (AMS) operations, driving stability and continuous improvement for global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality processes. You will define the operational framework and standards for the ERP ecosystem while managing vendor performance and ensuring GxP compliance within a regulated Life Sciences environment. This role involves collaborating with IT stakeholders and senior leadership to optimize service delivery and prepare for future team expansion.
