ERP Technology and Lifecycle Manager

The ERP Technology and Lifecycle Manager leads the Technology and Lifecycle pillar within Sanofi's ERP Platforms and Systems unit, overseeing business process excellence, quality engineering, and change management for the global SAP ecosystem. This role combines people leadership with architecture authority to set standards, manage a mixed team of internal experts and external partners, and drive the iSHIFT transformation program. The manager ensures alignment with Clean Core principles while governing the end-to-end tool chain and release processes across Finance and Supply Chain domains.
