ERSEA Associate

The ERSEA Associate supports the planning, development, and implementation of Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility, and Attendance services for Head Start children, families, and staff. This role ensures compliance with state licensing regulations and Head Start Performance Standards while managing enrollment systems, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate data records. The position also involves training staff, analyzing enrollment data, and collaborating with program directors to address family needs.
