ERW Mill Manager

The ERW Mill Manager translates production plans into safe, consistent daily execution across the Electric Resistance Welded Pipe Mill, owning the operating rhythm for every shift and changeover. This role is accountable for schedule attainment, throughput, efficiency, yield, and frontline leadership capability while serving as the primary day-to-day operating leader. The position creates management capacity for the Director of Mill Operations to focus on integrated mill strategy and organizational transformation.
