Escrow Administration Support

This role involves maintaining and monitoring tax, escrow, and insurance for serviced loans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and investor requirements. The position requires researching and resolving complex customer issues, performing non-standardized document reviews, and processing complex exceptions related to escrow accounts. The incumbent will also participate in departmental projects, draft procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
