Escrow Officer

The Escrow Officer prepares and processes all documents associated with escrow, title conveyance, and title insurance issuance while maintaining business through marketing and customer service. This on-site role requires coordinating with management, clearing title requirements, disbursing funds, and ensuring compliance with escrow accounting and Good Funds Law. The position also involves training and supervising office associates and soliciting business through various channels.
