Escrow Officer

The Escrow Officer prepares and processes all documents associated with the closing of escrow, conveyance of title, and issuance of title insurance while maintaining business through marketing and customer service. This on-site role involves coordinating with branch management, reconciling title discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with escrow accounting procedures and Good Funds Law. The position requires supervising associates and soliciting business through in-person or virtual activities.
