Escrow Servicing Specialist

The Escrow Servicing Specialist performs a variety of escrow administration functions related to property taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, and loss claims on residential and consumer loans. This role monitors and maintains accurate loan servicing information, processes disbursements, and resolves complex servicing issues in accordance with bank, investor, and regulatory requirements. The position provides professional service to customers, internal partners, and third parties while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all escrow transactions.
