The Project Specialist provides training and advisory programs to producer organizations, supporting the implementation of improvement plans and the creation of business links with key value chain actors. The role involves coordinating business advisors and project activities in Honduras, while facilitating training sessions and monitoring compliance with program guidelines. This position plays a key role in strengthening the operational, commercial, and governance capacity of producer organizations to connect small farmers with higher-value markets.
