About this role
El líder de Revenue Growth Management (RGM) dirige el desarrollo y la estandarización de las capacidades de RGM en las operaciones de CBC, elevando la madurez de la función y garantizando la implementación de la estrategia integral de precio, portafolio y promociones. El objetivo es impulsar un crecimiento rentable y habilitar las necesidades del negocio mediante el desarrollo de herramientas de RGM, procesos automatizados y proyectos de mejora. El rol implica además colaborar con Data Scientists y coordinar iniciativas que impacten a nivel corporativo.
