WoT Blitz is seeking an Esports Community Manager to grow and engage a global player community for its mobile shooter. The role focuses on organizing tournaments and seasonal competitive events, shaping the future of Blitz esports, and representing player sentiment to the product team. You will work cross-functionally to support player retention, monetization initiatives, and community-facing communications.
