ESS Instructional Aide

The ESS Instructional Aide assists teachers on a substitute basis by providing individual or small group instruction to general education students and offering related classroom assistance. This role supports the learning environment through direct student engagement, reinforcement of lesson material, and administrative support under the supervision of the classroom teacher. The position requires maintaining classroom control, monitoring student well-being, and facilitating testing and evaluation activities as needed.
