Estate Management Process Lead

The Estate Management Process Lead serves as the functional authority for Upstream Estate operations within the SAP implementation program, bridging physical plantation management with the SAP S/4HANA digital ecosystem. This role ensures the integrity of end-to-end processes, accurate operational reporting, precise cost capture, and strict compliance with sustainability standards like EUDR and RSPO. The position requires safeguarding data integrity and integrating seamlessly with SAP modules such as Project Systems, Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, and Controlling.
