Estate Manager

The role oversees the daily and seasonal management of a plantation/garden, ensuring crops are maintained, harvested, and shipped on schedule while complying with company procedures. The position coordinates workforce deployment, resources, and budgets to meet production targets and supports continuous operation with regular reporting to management. The incumbent will be based at assigned estates across Indonesia and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational continuity.
