Estates Surveyor

An Estates Surveyor joins the General Services UK Estates team at ScottishPower to manage a mixed portfolio of heritable and leasehold property interests across its business segments. The role involves providing professional advisory services, handling land and building management, and acting as a key liaison with senior managers, stakeholders, and external third parties. Holders will contribute to the continuous development of the Estates function while managing revenue, capex expenditures, and external surveyor appointments to ensure efficient property portfolio operations.
