Estates Surveyor

This role involves providing valuation, estates management, and surveying advice to various departments while promoting the effective use of property assets across the Council. The position supports property acquisition and disposal projects, conducts statutory valuations, and delivers reports to Council representatives and clients. The Estates Surveyor also liaises with internal departments to ensure value for money practices and contributes to land and premises reviews.
