A Senior Estimator at AtkinsRéalis is responsible for delivering organized estimates, budgets, and schedules for major engineering and construction projects while ensuring systems and procedures manage risk. The role leads proposal-stage efforts, provides mentorship and on-the-job training to trainee and junior estimators, and coordinates the handover of estimating documents to project execution teams. The position supports international projects and requires strong construction plan interpretation and communication in English and French.
