Estimating Manager – Fire Sprinkler

The Estimating Manager leads and develops a team of Sales Engineers to pursue new fire sprinkler project opportunities and build relationships with general contractors and owner-direct customers. This role oversees the bid pipeline, ensures estimate and proposal accuracy, and drives capture rates and margin performance while supporting the growth of the fire protection contract sales function. The position plays a critical role in shaping bidding strategy, mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth project handoffs to operations.
