Estimating Manager-Remote

The Estimating Manager leads the development, review, and continuous improvement of cost estimates for RSI's proposals, labor rate development, and capital project activities. This role involves transitioning estimating methodologies to a database environment using WinEst, providing technical leadership to estimating personnel, and ensuring accurate, well-documented estimates aligned with project scopes and client requirements. The position collaborates with project management, engineering, and operations teams to develop activity-based cost estimates and support risk analysis and audit responses.
