Estimating/Preconstruction

This role involves preparing budgets and bids for all projects while providing continuous preconstruction support for projects in the development phase. The position requires analyzing project documentation to create accurate time, cost, and labor estimates, and leading efforts to develop creative, innovative solutions to construction challenges. The successful candidate will supervise estimators, solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of total project costs.
