Estimating/Preconstruction

The Estimating/Preconstruction Department is responsible for preparing budgets and bids for all projects, as well as continuous preconstruction on awarded projects in the development phase. This role involves analyzing project documentation to create accurate time, cost, and labor estimates, soliciting and evaluating subcontractor quotes, and leading meetings to develop complete scopes. The position requires a high level of professionalism, ethical behavior, and the ability to promote creative solutions to construction challenges.
