Estimation Team Lead

Leads and supports the residential new construction estimations function, including plan takeoffs, design coordination, bid preparation, and pricing accuracy. This position manages estimation quality, timeliness, consistency, and team performance through coaching, training, and cross-functional coordination with sales, operations, and leadership. The role ensures accurate bids, resolves estimating questions, and drives process improvements to support company goals.
