Estimator 1

The Estimator 1 role involves defining and quantifying project scopes to prepare comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates for projects up to $5 million. This position requires strong computer proficiency, the ability to read blueprints, and basic construction math skills to accurately organize take-offs and bid items. The role also includes developing preliminary CPM schedules, negotiating with subcontractors, and supporting project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
