Estimator - Civil / Grading

This role involves estimating large-scale civil and grading work, including mass excavation, earthwork, site development, and paving scopes. The position requires owning bids from takeoff through submission and maintaining involvement after the job is awarded. The estimator will collaborate with operations to support budgets, buyouts, and change orders while tracking costs to improve future pricing.
