Estimator – Civil & Vertical Construction

BHRS Companies is seeking a full-time Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing packages for both vertical commercial buildout and modular projects as well as horizontal civil site work. The role involves analyzing contract documents, preparing quantity takeoffs, soliciting vendor bids, and collaborating across multiple operating companies to ensure competitive and profitable proposals.
