Estimator in Training

The Estimator in Training works closely with an experienced Estimator to learn how to diagnose vehicle damage and prepare accurate, profitable repair estimates according to insurance and company guidelines. This role involves communicating the value of Gerber Collision & Glass to customers to achieve a high closed sales ratio while ensuring consistent execution of company standards. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage the repair process from initial drop-off to final delivery.
