Estimator – Modular Buildings

The Estimator is responsible for calculating material requirements, labor configurations, and vendor inputs to develop accurate, market‑competitive pricing models for custom modular PDC building projects. The role analyzes RFQs, collaborates with construction and engineering teams, negotiates with suppliers, and presents margin‑focused bid proposals to senior management.
