Estimator (Underground Wet Utilities)

The Wet Utilities Estimator will prepare accurate cost proposals and competitive bids for underground water, sewer, and storm drain projects across Southern California. The role involves reviewing civil plans, performing quantity takeoffs, coordinating with project managers and field teams, and ensuring estimates are realistic and aligned with constructability and municipal standards.
