About this role

The Estimator at MLJ Contracting prepares accurate project cost estimates, scope of work, and quantity take-offs for firm fixed-price bids, proposals, and change orders. The role collaborates with executive management, project teams, subcontractors, and clients to analyze drawings and specifications and to identify gaps and constructability issues. It supports value engineering, bid package preparation, and coordination of subcontractor RFPs across heavy civil and public works projects in the New York/New England region.
