Estimator

This role involves taking ownership of small estimates or components of large ones, including reviewing bid documents and completing quantity takeoffs for labor, equipment, and materials. Employees support lead estimators by planning, populating tender forms, generating requests for information, and applying material unit prices to ensure accurate project costing. The position requires fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, subtrade partners, and suppliers to solicit competitive pricing and successfully transfer estimate information to project teams.
