Estimator

The Estimator is responsible for analyzing architectural and structural plans, performing detailed take‑offs, and preparing accurate quotations for timber frame and truss packages using MiTek, Excel, and Smartsheet. The role ensures quotations are technically correct, commercially viable, and delivered on schedule while providing high‑level customer service and supporting the sales team.
