The role leads and owns the estimating process for mission critical and data center projects, developing accurate, competitive, and risk‑informed estimates from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission. The estimator coordinates internal and external stakeholders, supports preconstruction strategy, and helps position the company to win complex, schedule‑driven work.
