Hill York is seeking a detail‑driven Estimator to evaluate mechanical bid specifications, perform accurate takeoffs, and develop competitive estimates for projects such as chilled water, condenser water, glycol, and refrigeration systems. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and the Project Management team to ensure timely bid submissions and smooth handoffs from bid to build.
